The article describes a new method for the cross-sectional descriptive research that has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the current global. The proposed method aimed to survey household tobacco use during Ramadan fasting in the 5 southernmost provinces by the internet collecting data during May - June 2020. The 880 household samples living for 1 year or more in Satun, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat were sampled by stratified two-stage sampling. The eligible samples, both male and female, aged 18 years and over, were then simple random sampling to access the online questionnaires with a specific ID. The calculation confirmed the new method effectiveness evaluation by obtaining an OIC greater than 0.90 for content validity and a Cronbach's alpha larger than 0.85 for reliability. A total of 850 returned questionnaires provided a % response of 93.50 and finally analysed using descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results revealed the rapid response that: (1) in the previous year before a COVID-19 outbreak, of the 850 households, 562 were non-smoking households (66.12 %) and 288 tobacco smoking households (33.88 %). (2) For this year, there were 668 non-smoker household members (78.58%), 111 current smokers (13.06%), and 71 ex-smokers (8.35%). A mixed tobacco product use was 60.42% roll-your-own cigarettes, 51.39% of factory-made cigarettes, 2.08% of e-cigarettes, and 1.39% hookahs. There were 42.01% attempt to quit, 47.22% intend to quit, and 10.76 % continue to smoke during the COVID-19 pandemic. A new research method obtained the facts contributing to the creation of public policy for tobacco control at the community level during the pandemic situation. The online method can be applied for returning to the new normal posing new challenges to improve the household responses during a pandemic outbreak.

Job satisfaction of civil servants to the organization is a very important issue in human resource management. Factors affecting job satisfaction have been carried out a lot from previous studies. In Vietnam, factors such as transformational leadership affecting job satisfaction are still very limited in the public sector. Therefore, this study is conducted to test the impact of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of civil servants at the Nha Trang Tax Department. The study has used qualitative and quantitative research methods (SEM). The results showed that there are 5 factors affecting job satisfaction of civil servants: Intellectual stimulation(IS) (β = 0.32); Inspirational motivation (IM) (β = 0.264); Idealized Influence Attribution (IA) (β = 0.194); Individualized consideration (IC) (β = 0.159); Idealized Influence Behavior (IB) (β = 0.127). The study has theoretical and practical contributions. In terms of theory, the study has re-examined a new space on the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction. In terms of practicality, the results have important implications for the Nha Trang Tax Department leaders, paying attention to the leadership style that creates changes to help civil servants feel satisfied at work. Some limitations and further research directions are mentioned in this study.

Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, civil servants.

Syzygiumpolyanthum (Sp) extract has the potential as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antidiabetic activity due to the presence of flavonoids. This study aimed to explore the anti hypercholesterolemia potential of Sp leaves extract in rats. Thirty male Wistar rats, ranging from 200-250 grams body weight, were randomly divided into five groups (group 1: normal group; group 2: hypercholesterol rats without treatment; group 3: hypercholesterol rats with simvastatin treatment; group 4: hypercholesterol rat with Sp extract 100 mg/kg BW; group 5: hypercholesterol rats with Sp extract 200mg/kg BW). The induction of hypercholesterolemia rats was done by giving high cholesterol diet (HCD). This study showed that Sp extract and simvastatin treatment have improved HDL levels and normalized the elevated levels of cholesterol and LDL. The antioxidant components were decreased in all hyperlipidemic groups compared to group 1. Sp extract was proven to improve SOD level and catalase as an indication of improvement in antioxidant potential. Sp extract treatment has improved the levels of SOD and catalase as an indication of improvement in the antioxidant potential. In conclusion, our results show that Sp extract can improve the hypercholesterolemic condition through ameliorating dyslipidemia, reducing HMG-CoA content, binding of bile acids, and improving the antioxidant status.

Treatment in this study results from the first study where the treatment of feed formulation C gives the best results compared to other feed formulas. Therefore the formula of feed C is used in the 2nd phase of research, in different probiotic media, namely probiotic media CA (0 ml/L), CB (5 ml/L), CC (10 ml/L), and (15 ml/L) CD, while the feed for each treatment was added with probiotic 6 ml/kg of feed. The feed is with 32% protein. The test fish that is used is an average individual weight of 6.04±0.2 g/head. The test fish is maintained with a solid spread of 10 heads/m3 using bucket containers with a volume of 10 liters with a maintenance length of 42 days. Feeding was at 08.00, 12.00, and 16.00 on a fixed feeding rate. This research is conducted by an experimental method using Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with four treatments and three repeats. The data is observed including feed consumption rate (TKP), relative growth rate (RGR), feed utilization efficiency (EPP), the protein efficiency ratio (PER), feed conversion ratio (FCR), survival rate (SR), and water quality (temperature, pH, DO and NH3). The most optimal EPP treatment is CC 95.92±2.49%, PER value is 3.00±0.077%, and FCR is 1.67±0.03. The most optimal growth treatment is the C treatment, RGR 6.11±0.07%/day, and the absolute long growth value is 4.14±0.05 cm. The water quality in maintenance media is in a feasible range for the maintenance of fish tests.

Progress monitoring is an essential factor in successful project delivery and a mark of the excellence of construction project management in Malaysia. Therefore, it is important to know the current progress and detect deviations from the schedule as early as possible. Today's project reporting and progress measurements are still labor extensive, time-consuming, and human error-prone due to reliance on the manual and traditional monitoring process. Project officers are under too much pressure and overloaded with many works that need to be done and submitted promptly. Hence, in a linear construction such as roads where travel distance and safety are the main concern, the development of a dashboard is necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project progress monitoring. The data acquisition technologies will help speed up the data acquisition and transfer the information to the dashboard, data consolidation, and arranging the data on a single screen for the information to be monitored at a glance. This paper highlights the development of a new Real-Time Integrated dashboard model for road construction progress monitoring. To achieve the research objectives, a survey questionnaire, observation from the standard progress-monitoring method, interview, and case study must be done thoroughly to produce a good dashboard for monitoring road construction. However, this paper only portrayed an overview of construction road monitoring and the relevance of research needs. The proposed research findings will bring a new way of project monitoring and progress measurement into a greater height, reduce project delays, fast interim payment, reduce disputes, effective project reporting, and better decision making.
