THE EFFECT OF MINERAL FERTILIZERS ON THE YIELD AND IMPROVING QUALITY OF SEEDLESS VARIETIES OF GRAPES

Abstract

The article considers the influence of the phenological phases of seedless grape varieties, the characteristics of harvested shoots, the weight and chemical composition of grape juice, the weight of grapes and its mechanical composition, yield, yield of dried products, the amount of fertilizers on the tasting price of dried products. The experiments were carried out on five variants in two varieties. Of all these varieties, the highest result was recorded in three variants (N160 P120 K40 kg in its pure form). When fertilizer was given in larger quantities, this adversely affected the biological properties of the genus.
