Abstract

In this article, in the climatic conditions of Fergana region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, silkworms were fed several times a year, and the results of physical and mechanical properties of grown cocoons, ie a live cocoon without a dome killed and dried cocoons were tested in the laboratory, analysis was obtained. In the laboratory of the Uzbek Scientific Research Institute of Natural Fibers in the study of the properties of cocoons obtained from repeated feeding, live and dry cocoons were washed on a single cocoon unwinding machine. The same washing technological parameters were selected for live and dry cocoon options. The technological properties of the obtained silk and live cocoons were tested in accordance with GOST-31257-2004 live cocoons, the technological properties of dry cocoons were tested in accordance with Gost-31256-2004 dry cocoons. The results of research work in the laboratory conditions of live cocoons and dry cocoons grown as a result of repeated silkworm rearing during the year in the climatic conditions of Fergana region were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, taking into account the characteristics of the cocoons, it was recommended to select a separate processing mode for dry cocoons for live cocoons.
