Abstract
The article presents suggestions and recommendations for improving the methods of developing creative and communicative skills in the preparation of future teachers for pedagogical professional activity, their effectiveness. Professional and pedagogical competence of future teachers content, forms and methods of its improvement, professional competence the qualities and their essence are explained. Promising specialist stages of self-improvement in improving professional competence, yourself through self-development, analysis and monitoring forms of objective assessment are given.
