Abstract

In this paper work authors argue SEM Path model analyses between economic losses due to unstable health and safety regulation and human capital development performance in building processes in Uzbekistan. Main purpose was finding out causality among two main parameters. Data was quantitative and analyzed at Stata 15.0. Main results can be described as proved all hypothesis positively. Finally, it has been detected that SEM model is a perfect for testing and fitting the data, recommended for application for future researches.

Keywords:

SEM Path model, SEM model, goodness-of-fit test, maximum likelihood, time series data.
